I've got exactly the same.
Could you let me know how to
1. Set permissions for special system directories: C:\forum.tmp, \attachments\, and \gfx\forum\avatars\customuser.
and
2. Set access permissions for the \admin\ directory

i.e. what values are required and how are they set.

This problem was due to incorrect permissions on the /attachments/ folder.
