I cannot find the Support link you refer to. On the ITCN homepage, there is a link to Services and to Product but not Support. On the Product page > the Forum software, Support there just leads me back to this forum. Could you please supply a different link?

I have installed your software, but am receiving the same error on my program.
What do I need to do to fix this?
