Email me the forum so I can see what's wrong; you certainly shouldn't be seeing duplicates. However there is a problem if you have categories without topics in them. Every topic has to be in category, and every category has to have a topic, otherwise there will be issues.

I posted a message on this topic a few months ago but I can't find it anymore, so I can't search for the actual solution, it looks like it was deleted..?
